Returns
Our return and exchange window is 14 days from the delivery date. Returns and exchanges after 14 days are not accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

The customer is responsible for duties and taxes. Madison does not refund customs duties. Customers seeking a duty refund must contact their local customs or duty office.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and issued to your original method of payment. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the shoes are in new, unworn condition. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email sales@madisonstyle.com and send your item to: MadisonStyle, Att: Internet Returns., 9630 Brighton Way, Beverly Hills, California US 90210. Please include a copy of your order specifying the exchange 

If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us via email sales@madisonstyle.com or phone 310-273-4787 to ensure that the new item is available. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return (see above). Please make sure to note the exchange on the return form. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. Madison will provide a prepaid return shipping label for manufacturer defects or damage or other issues determined not to be the customer's fault.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • We do not accept returns/exchanges on products that have been worn. These types of sales are final.
  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.

TIPS ON SENDING YOUR RETURN PACKAGE:

  • Send via FedEx, UPS, or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.
  • No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted.
  • Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
